RESPONSIBILITIES
v Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a continuous basis;
v Observe, detect, and report any suspicious or unusual activities;
v Ensure all CCTV equipment is operating correctly and report faults immediately;
Record incidents accurately and maintain proper incident logs and reports;
v Escalate security incidents to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities;
V Assist with investigations by reviewing and retrieving CCTV footage when required;
v Maintain confidentiality and comply with security and privacy procedures;
Support access control and monitoring of restricted areas when required.

Processo de seleção/Requisitos Pessoais

REQUIREMENTS
v Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role (advantage);
v Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, and monitoring software;
Ability to observe, analyses, and report incidents accurately;
V Good communication skills (verbal and written);
v High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail;
V Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for long periods;
v Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email).
