Duties
The company implements complete sales management and provides Sales representatives with extensive product pipe-line support:
Pharmaceuticals, including the latest anti-tumor drugs and leading international innovative drugs
Medical devices, including medical equipment and advanced therapeutic products
Health supplements, including the latest international products in men’s/women’s health, nutrition management, and maternal and infant support
Medical aesthetic products, including facial and body management products
Traditional medicine, including herbal and traditional care products
Sales representatives, under the company’s management, support, and overall operation, will execute development and visit processes for pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other clients, follow up and develop client needs, secure sales orders, deliver goods, and follow up and obtain payments
Based on professional background, work experience, and abilities, sales representatives will be categorized as:
Pharmacy Sales Representatives
Medical Sales Representatives
Other Sales Representatives
Sales representatives must strictly adhere to and implement the company’s sales strategies and sales operation management regulations, including: conducting sales activities within their assigned sales territories, continuously visiting clients, deeply developing client relationships, and promptly summarizing client needs and reporting visit information
The company provides its sales staff with comprehensive training in products, sales skills, and sales strategies, and offers support in areas such as sales expenses, promotions, customer development, products, and academic knowledge
The company has a dedicated marketing, product management, and international marketing team that works directly with manufacturers to develop and manage the needs of target customers, thereby boosting sales staff performance
